Mr Bake started in 2015 as a home-based business serving the Umkomaas community. It has grown into a specialty bakery and café on Bisset Street.
Our story is about old-school recipes and methods, fresh cream products, and food that brings joy to our community.
Our bakers and assistants are local people who have learned to make the products we sell. In the café, we keep things simple with quality ingredients and familiar favourites.
